Founder, Speech-Language Pathologist
Becky started Mosaic because she believes that helping someone communicate is helping them belong. Over her career she has worked with toddlers who hadn't said a first word, teenagers who dreaded reading aloud, and grandparents who had slowly stopped joining in at family dinners.
Her approach is simple: meet people where they are, set goals that matter in daily life, and celebrate every small piece of progress. At Mosaic she leads a small team of speech-language pathologists who share that same warmth.
"Our son went from pointing at things to full sentences in a few months. He asks when he gets to see Miss Becky again."
"I stuttered my whole life and avoided speaking up at work. Now I lead meetings. I wish I had come in twenty years ago."
"After my stroke I thought I'd never get my words back. The team never gave up on me, and I didn't either."
